This multi-course dinner is thoughtfully paired with standout selections from Napa Valley, including Keenan’s signature Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignons from both Napa Valley and Spring Mountain District.

The menu moves from a bold “Bloody Mary” Wedge Salad to Shrimp Scampi Toast, into a rich Mushroom Ramp Risotto, and culminates with BBQ Braised Beef Short Rib—each course designed to highlight the structure, elegance, and mountain character of Keenan’s wines.

$130 per person includes all courses and pairings, with retail wines available for purchase. Limited seating—this is a true winemaker-led experience.
