Private Event Packages

Thank you for your trust regarding us hosting your private event. 

Please review and complete the below, Lone Pine Private Event Application. Upon completion of the application, you may receive additional follow up questions for clarity of the event you are envisioning. Applications will be confirmed as “approved” or “denied” within 48 Hours of receipt, with the exception of an instance of additional information being required or extenuating circumstances on the restaurant's behalf. 

Please review the information below prior to filling out the application.  In signing the Event Information and Contract Form you are legally bound to the terms provided below. 

• Full Restaurant Buyout:

  • For Full Restaurant Buy-Out please disregard Menu Selection. Please complete and remit the event information on this form and we will reach out  directly to discuss further details for Booking.

• Room Fee:

  • All Semi-Private & Private events incur a room fee proportional to and notated on the Event Package selected.

• Gratuity:

  • All Semi-Private & Private events are subject to a 20% Post-Room Fee, Pre-Tax Service Charge included in the final bill. 

• Booking Deposit:

• -In order to secure booking, all Semi-Private & Private Event bookings require a 50%Room Fee deposit. 

  • Cancellation Policy:Semi Private

    • Notice of cancellation 72 Hours or greater prior to the event will result in a total deposit refund.

    • Notice of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the event will result in a 50% forfeit of deposit.

    • Notice of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the event will result in a total forfeit of deposit.

  • Cancellation Policy:Private: Full Buy-Out

    • Notice of cancellation 14  Days or prior to the event will result in a total deposit refund.

    • Notice of cancellation less than 14 Days prior to the event will result in a 50% forfeit of deposit.

    • Notice of cancellation less than 7 Days prior to the event will result in a total forfeit of deposit.

  • Cancellation Policy:Private: Full Buy-Out VIP

    • Notice of cancellation 21 days or prior will result in a total refund(minus cost of any products already ordered to 

    • accommodate special requests).

    • Notice of cancellation less than 21 Days prior to the event will result in a total forfeit of deposit.

  • Payment of Deposit:

    • Deposit will be paid by way of a credit hold on the account associated with the card information requested and provided at the end of this application. 

    • Please contact within this email thread to address any requests for alternative payment(requests are  accommodated  on a case by case basis)

  • Special Requests:

    • Given due notice of 10 Days or more prior to the event. We are happy to accommodate to the best of our abilities any unique food or beverage requests, These accommodations include:

      • Allergens

      • Dietary Restrictions

      • Off-menu Entrees items (Requests are subject to approval. LImit of 2 items)

      • Off-Menu Beverage items (subject to approval)

      • AV Provision($200)

  • Event Spend Minimum:

    • Semi-Private- : only applicable to events booked for a Fri or Saturday.

    • Private Weekday -(1k ):  Applicable Sun-Thurs.

    • Private Weekday -($4k):  Applicable Fri & Sat

  • Final Bill Breakdown:

    • “Cost per head X # of guests + Alcohol + Room Fee + 20% Pre-Tax Gratuity+Tax” > Event Spend Minimum

      • Price adjustment for decrease in party size requires 48 hour notice.
